Depends on what you consider too far... I think I'm about 40 games in.... on one hand that's not bad, on another that's a lot of playing time put in... don't know, i'm actually considering it.

Actually, I think pretty highly of Marcus as well... matter of fact before the season started I was sporting him on my fantasy team, but now I got Bret Boone so he had to go.

I think i'll start a new one and save it as a 2nd file, and see how the draft goes... getting good pitching is a bitch though... lol I'm sure i'll like it, then overwrite my old with it.

Hey Gamer.... I re-started, got Giles #1, then managed to still grab Mark Prior, Kerry Wood, Brad Radke, Ben Sheets and a rotation of #5 starters, my pen is kinda lapse though and I don't have a clear cut closer.

Just made a deal for Mike Remlinger though to solidify my bullpen a little.

Oh, by the way, Giles started off crappy, batting .200 with 2 RBI's and a SB... then he broke out and hit a triple, and the next game he belted a grandslam...

I found a way of trading for great players.

Keep an eye on the news and look for any GMs saying that it's time to give young players a chance. They will then consider offers for stars but you have to give up a lot. I managed to get Sweeney out of the Royals this way.
