Damn MLB for letting this crap get to the point it did before they were forced to do something about it.
I thought it was common knowledge that HGH doesn't do **** for an athlete. The player is pretty much tossing money down a hole.

Apples and oranges. Football players have a short career span because it is much more high impact than baseball players. Same reason for injuries.

All of this steroid stuff is going to be pretty much ****ed once Gene therapy gets off the ground. That will probably be nearly undetectable too.

Everything is going to be ****ed once gene therapy gets off the ground.

Personally, I'm going to raise an army of genome soldiers and take over a secret Alaskan military base that houses an experimental nuclear-equiped walking battle tank.

I don't know about that. His biggest hit was the Game 4 hit and that was a blooper. It was the typical tie-me-up cutter that drops in against Mo.

Your 2004 World Series Champions, the St. Louis Cardinals.

Seriously, the Patriots cheated the St. Louis Rams in the Super Bowl by taping their practices. Now the Red Sox cheat the Cardinals by having two of their biggest sluggers on roids.

Is Boston the premeire cheating sports capital of the world?

I think a load of baseball fans will truly feel disrespected by their heroes. It's one thing when a guy is huge and hitting bombs. We learn to accept it.

If a popular figure like Jeter, a guy who doesn't look like he needs steroids, were taking it, it probably will have a bigger affect. The media would talk about it non-stop. It would make small players even susceptible to scrutiny and that just opens the door for fans to question every statistic including a base hit.

Nice anonymous list. Everyone did it, let's move on.

I want to know who the leak is and what they are getting out of it. That would be a worthy breaking news flash.

So what happens when someone reveals that Pujols took roids in the minors?

I don't. I just want him to be brought at Bonds' level if he so deserves it, and I think he's not really as much as everybody's thought him to be. I've thought this since he first came up to the majors before I was even exposed to major steroid talk.
