Yes, but were aren't talking about the people who view the games, we are just talking about the players. And the NBA has a much worse problem.

I recently read that roughly 90% of NBA players are black, and roughly 10% are white. Now in baseball, if a player has black skin, yet is born some place such as the Dominican Republic, they fall into the percentage of Latins or Hispanics. In basketball, if a player has white skin, yet is from a place such as Serbia, he falls under the 10% white players. Meaning, really only about 5-8% of NBA players are white and born in America.

Exactly, why should the MLB waste the resources on that part of the market when African Americans are focused on bball careers for the most part? It makes sense on MLB's part. Besides soccer, baseball is the only thing the Latin Americans and other Latins have for a sport.

There are gonna be more and more white players in the nBA cause of the Euro players and i really think it's a good thing.

the Brewers have i think 2 blacks on there team, Eric Young and Royce Clayton. Enrique Cruz is from like Puerto Rico or something i think.

i've noticed as i got older and watched baseball more that i'd say 75% of all pitchers are white and that a lot of the position players are black. just something i noticed.

It is a skill to a large degree (not many people can do it)

Blacks make up like 10% of the population
