    Yankees vs A's

Good pitching duel, Mussina vs Hudson. It's in the top 6 right now, Yankees lead 2-1. Nice game so far.

Ah...Benitez screws up again...I tried to tell all my yankee fan friends (me being a Met Fan) that Benitez is a screwup and will make life much harder on Rivera...Oh Well...

I LOVED the victory tonight for the A's.

How fitting for Miggy to hit the game-winning shot.

Maybe tomorrow our offense can get going against Jeff Weaver.

Oh, and after all of this, the Yankees are OK with pitching?! Please. This just goes to show you that after the Benitez deal, the NYY pen hasn't gotten any better

I thought you were talking about starting pitching before, but who else was available? It wasn't like a top of the line reliever was out there, and they passed him up in favor of Boone.

And if Soriano doesn't make an error, we win this game anyway.
