Wait, aren't you a Blue Jays fan? How can you diss your team like that? Regardless the team it doesn't take away the fact that he improved his game and went more than 4 innings and didn't allow a run. Which he hadn't been able to do in his past three starts.

Oh i'm a fan but sometimes I get hard on them when they don't perform well. All of last month the runs have been incredibly hard to come by. I did watch the 11th inning and that was great stuff! (sorry) Nice to see the Jays come through in a clutch situation.

I guess I'm the only one who doesnt mind Chip too much. I like that he gets excited, but I don't like that he gets excited for EVERYTHING.

I don't mind Chip either. He does get excited a little too much sometimes, but at least he gets excited. I like a guy that actually cares and has some passion for his team and what he's doing.

Great matchup in San Diego today, Mat Latos vs. Roy Oswalt. It's not exactly Jake Peavy vs. Roger Clemens like a few seasons ago, but I wish I were going to today's game. Should be a pitching clinic.

Never in my years of watching baseball have I seen a right fielder throw out the runner at first after a bases loaded "single".

They're moving into a ballpark with every such hope that he and Stanton will be there to be iconic for the team's future. Obviously someone like the Cardinals may be looking at him down the road, but Florida simply needs him and I don't see how they can afford to let go of him.
