I was in total shock after hearing his comments after the game. To say that "what the ball did after it passed me is irrelevant" is a complete and under joke and he should be fired.

Yea...it was purely ignorant, and shows he has no class, BUT it put a W in the win column for us and I can't be too upset. I mean after all, human error is "part of the game" right? Riiiiight....?

If we win the division by one game I don't care....Phillies deserve to catch a break once in awhile (10,000+ franchise losses), and I'm sure there are plenty of those 10,000 L's which belong to a bad call or two. But don't get me wrong, there were some horrible teams fielded that netted a majority of those losses.

Now lets get rid of Bob Davidson before he tries to blow a game for the Phillies...

The (ball) pauses, IN MID AIR MIND YOU, takes a right turn and then lands fair. Somehow this means it was foul.

That was a tough. The ball looked like it went foul over the bag and then bam it went fair. I think he should have look at the ball when it went behind him. He never turned around.
