Most riveting postseason you can remember?
Is this the most compelling postseason you can remember? For me it is easily the most riveting I have been witness to. In recent years my interest in baseball has waned but with the Cubs in the mix not to mention the other teams involved this year this is easily the most interest Ive had baseball. Do you guys also share this point of view? If not what would you consider to be the most captivating MLB postseason youve seen?Tags: None -

For me, 2001, but that was mostly all the Yankees, not the rest of the league.Originally posted by Jay BilasThe question isn't whether UConn belongs with the elites, but over the last 20 years, whether the rest of the college basketball elite belongs with UConnComment

Re: Most riveting postseason you can remember?
'86 is the greatest postseason simply because both the LCS' went 7 games. The Mets/Stros series had 2 very historic extra inning games. Then you have the BoSox coming back from behind 3 games to 1 against the Angels. Watching the career of a young(ish) pitcher in Donnie Moore self destruct in front of your eyes and then the WS was capped off with great play and the infamous Buckner Ball.

Re: Most riveting postseason you can remember?
I gotta give a shout to the '80 NLCS, every single game went into extra innings.
But as far as total post-season (all series) '86
-Dave Henderson knocks HR off D.Moore when the Halos were 1 out away.
-Marathon battle between Houston and the Mets
-Billy Bucks
