So I just read in the other thread that the Mets are asking for both Huston Street and Carlos Quentin in exchange for five players, none of which will include their top prospects, so that means Zach Wheeler, Matt Harvey, and Brandon Nimmo will most likely not be traded. Unless the Mets include both Cesar Puello and Wilmer Flores, I'm not sure if this trade happens.
Both Quentin and Chase Headley have been linked to several teams. I really like Quentin's bat but I really think he will be gone before the deadline. Headley most likely will remain a Padre unless one of the six or so teams interested on him makes a ridiculous offer.Comment

Get a 3B Prospect and get Top pitching prospect for Dempster or Garza.
Get rid of Soriano, Soto, Marmol.
Hold onto Barney. Since no one is ready to replace him, no need in trading a young 2B. Who is one of the better defensive 2B in the league. and Castro and Barney is quietly one of the better double play combos in the NL.
