Which is mostly fine with me.
It's nice to make a splash and add someone who you think will help us get where we want to be (postseason, NLCS, World Series). But mortgaging the farm or trading away guys who just reeled off 10 straight? Ehhh. It's a tough balancing act. But if the pieces are right, pull the trigger.

I'm betting it won't happen.

Yankees won't give up a thing for him, if they're not sure if he'll even start in the playoffs. Won't want to give up a top prospect for an upgrade on Garcia.
