That's five losses in a row. Maybe the Reds want to match their winning streak with an equally long losing streak.
    NFL: Indianapolis Colts (12-6)
    NBA: Indiana Pacers (42-13)
    MLB: Cincinnati Reds (0-0)
    NHL: Detroit Red Wings (26-20-12)
NCAA: Purdue Boilermakers (FB: 1-11, BB: 15-12), Michigan Wolverines (FB: 7-6, BB: 19-7, H: 15-10-3)

Machado hits his first MLB homerun in his second game. Pretty good shot to left, several rows back.

Chase Utley gives the Phillies a 2-run lead in the 8th inning on a 2-run homer! 3-1 Phillies.

Paul "Tom Glavine" Maholm with the complete game, 4-0 shutout against the Mets. Great effort and he looked outstanding.

Yup. Talk about making a splash. I was initially thinking maybe he was rushed too fast... but then again, why not?

There's talk they might even call up Dylan Bundy this year if they need a starter late in the season. That'll be exciting (especially after the somewhat disappointing foray of Bauer in the majors).

Not an Orioles fan... but honestly hope that the O's make it into the post-season (along with the Pirates).

                    Their fans deserve it.

Yeah I hope they don't bring bundy up. I think pitchers are more prone to negative effects of being brought up too early more so then position players.

Obviously I don't expect machado to keep up this pace, but it's fun to watch.

He actually got called up to AA a couple days ago. I think it'd be stupid to bring him up this year anyways.

Yeah but I can still see him coming in relief/making a spot start here or there, just for the taste, and then returning to the minors. TBH I don't know why teams don't do it more often as by all indications he will be part of the majors in 2013... so they lose one year of the contract eligibility rules but I daresay it'll make a world of difference to the player.

Oh, and I think Bundy's in AA right now actually. So not that far from Machado, and a far more polished prospect.

You don't want to rush Bundy, that's a name I would hate to see on the list of failed Baltimore pitching prospects.

Mike Trout just got 2 RBI's on a sac fly. He really is the chosen one...
