Talks of trading for Benson have heated up the last couple days. The Pirates were reportedly considering trading Benson for Doug Mientkiewicz and a prospect or two. I've heard Michael Restovich, Jason Kubel, and Denard Spahn mentioned. I think Mientkiewicz and Restovich would be a pretty fair trade. In my opinion, Kubel should not be traded, the kid was tearing up AA in the beginning of the year and hasn't miss a beat since being called up to Rochester a couple months ago.

You know I hate the Twins, but after watching them play my sox, you know which team has more heart and brains when playing this game. My sox looked like sh-t. Cmon, swing at the first pitch with the winning run at third. Trying to steal third with no one out. That was one of the worst games I have seen. Hawk and DJ said we gave them the, I say no, the twins just played better, harder, smarter, and played with a sense of urgency, and took it the sox. congrats twins fans, your teams deserved to win all these games.
