    Re: MLB Off-Topic 2013

    As much as I like:

    I hate the fact that....
It's JANUARY! Middle of basketball season(where Raptors likely making playoffs), middle of hockey season(where Leafs......are Leafs), winter olympics haven't even started yet,2013 Jays disappointed big time and..........I'm still real excited for baseball just from listening to various songs on that playlist!

I'm trying to force myself as much as possible to not play any baseball video games until after winter olympics start. I don't want to burn myself out mentally by playing baseball video game like crazy before season even begins and then not feeling as interested once it starts.

Okay…I haven't payed attention to all this ARod stuff, well, because it's ARod, but did MLB ever end up showing ANY of the evidence that he did all of this heinous stuff, i.e. obstruction of justice?

for those who don't know yes he has said each and every one of those things

Seriously though, that sucks on Holland. I hope he gets better, he's one of my favorite pitchers.

MLB doesn't have an obligation to show the people their evidence but i'm sure the arbitrator will divulge once his written report comes out in a week or so.

The entire piece was a sham. Which is what their steroid witch hunts have been about all along, after all.

As far as revealing the "evidence" they had against ARod? They revealed that the text messages they have make no mention of steroids or any PEDs. If you count trying to insinuate that ARod did drugs before a game that directly lead to him having a big game as evidence then they did reveal that.

The whole Bosch interview is incredible, he claims hes been working with players for 10 years, yet only A-Rod and Manny Ramirez get mentioned by name. A guy who is out of baseball, and a guy who will probably get the Bonds treatment. None of the players already suspended get a mention.

Then he implies that PED usage is widespread, and what hes doing is leveling the playing field. If hes at all credible the league has a massive problem on its hands, but Selig is very very tough on them. Don't look behind this curtain.

The best part was that he had no remorse for anything and admitted that he'd still be doing the exact same thing if he didn't get caught THEN following it up with the worst attempt at fake crying I've ever seen. He talked out of both sides of his mouth the entire time.

Sounds to me like the steroid era is still around to some degree but because some people got caught and the drug testing policy "looks' like it works people aren't really looking hard at MLB.

Really the whole sport is rotten to the core if this Boesch guy is to be believed.

                      lol @ the 60 minutes A-Rod story.

Apparently, Bosch's ex-girlfriend was receiving text messages in Spanish threatening Bosch's life, presumably from associates of A-Rod. Was also offered $150,000 to flee to Colombia.

I love the tweet I read.

"Tuition for four years at Columbia must be more than $150,000. Good move by Bosch to turn that down."

This is only the beginning with this whole Bosch Scenario. I think names are going to get out that we would've never expected in the past. No one would surprise me anymore, legacies will be ruined and the entire baseball world as we know it will completely change.

Honestly I might get killed for this but I wouldn't be surprised if names like Pujols, and Griffey started to come out. At this point nothing would come as a shock to me.

I don't believe it. If this is the case why not get criminal charges brought against the person? This whole thing is incredibly fishy
