    Cubs vs Astros

1B Derek Lee vs Jeff Bagwell....Bagwell is good and Lee is good, Bagwell is old and Lee is way younger, I dont think Bagwell will do good this season, but right NOW, Astros(Cubs 0-1)

    2B Mark Grudzielanek/Todd Walker vs Jeff Kent, Astros(Cubs 0-2)

SS Alex Gonzelez vs Jose Vizcanio/Adam Everett, Cubs(Cubs 1-2)

    3B Aramis Ramirez vs Morgan Ensberg(fluke year), Cubs(Cubs 2-2)

LF Moises Alou vs Lance Berkman, Astros(Cubs 2-3)

CF Corey Patterson vs Craig Biggio, Biggio is old and he will have trouble covering all that ground, Cubs win(Cubs 3-3)

RF SAMMY SOSA vs Richard Hildago, Cubs wins by alot (Cubs 4-3)

C Micheal Barrett/Paul Bako vs Brad Ausmus, VERY close but I will have to say, Astros(Cubs 4-4)

    BENCH(Pinch Hitters/Runners), Cubs win(Cubs 5-4)

Kerry Wood vs Roy Oswalt, Cubs win but VERY close and i decided about batting skils cause there pitching is close(Cubs 6-4)

Mark Prior vs Andy Pettitte, Cubs win(Cubs 7-4)

Greg Maddux vs Roger Clemens, I guess i have to go with Astros (Cubs 7-5)

Matt Clement vs Wade Miller, Astros, but will Miller stay healthy?(Cubs 7-6)

Jepp Suppan does not seem like an ideal "franchise saver" to me, besides no offense but Pujols is probably going to have a down year compared to last year. I mean pujols is really good, but that was one of the best years most players could only dream of having. I expect pujols to hit about .325, 35 hr, and maybe 110 rbi. This is just a guess, i have not looked at pujols's full stats from last year
Just wait till Arsenal moves into Emirates Stadium.

Am I reading that right no offense besides Pujols? They have Edmonds capalbe of hitting .300, 30hrs, 100 rbis, Rolen capable of hitting .280, 30 hrs, 100 rbis, Edgar, very capable of hitting .300, 20 hrs, 100 rbis as well. Also, with reggie sanders he could hit 30 long balls as well and you throw the triple crown threat Pujols in there? Looks like quite a potent offense to me. As for the pichting very questionable and no Suppan is no savior, but the picthing and bull pen should be much better than last years so you never know. I think they will give the Astros and Cubs a run for their money in the NL Central race.
