Switch Oakland and Seattle, and then replace Seattle with Toronto and you'd be all set.

                  I'd do it:

                  1.New York
2.Boston (only because Nomar and Nixon are out )
                  3.Philadelphia
4.Chicago (NL-would be #3 if that guy Prior was healthy)
                  5.Houston
                  6.Oakland
                  7.Anaheim
                  8.Florida
                  9.Toronto
                  10.Arizona
                  11.San Diego

I have to give Arizona the nod over San Diego right now because they have Johnson and Webb, should be a good race between the two. And because of Oakland's proven rotation I'll place them over Anaheim for the time being, though I expect Anaheim to win the division. I really don't like Seatle at all. What I do like is all of the teams rated close to each other that are in the same division. There should be some good battles all year long as no division has a clear front runner (except maybe the NL East, but they have the world champs behind them).

I like Sports Weekly's power rankings better. These were voted on by their writers and editors, which is why there are a couple ties:

                        1. Yankees

Switch Oakland and Seattle, and then replace Seattle with Toronto and you'd be all set.

Seattle has Ichiro, Winn, Boone, Martinez, Spiezio, Olerud, Aurilia, Ibanez, Soriano, Garcia, Moyer, Pineiro, Guardado, Franklin, Meche, and Hasegawa.

Oakland has Hudson, Mulder, Zito, Rhodes, Rincon, Redman, Bradford, Chavez, Crosby, Durazo, Dye.. Kielty... Kotsay..

I'd much rather take Seattle's proven bullpen, rotation, and lineup over Oakland's good rotation and mediocre offense.
