Tell me more. He only had 14 at the break last year and 15 the year before.

I don't know if anymore. When it was captains picking the last few years it wasn't required.

I don't think it's a rule, but if it is, it shouldn't be. It should be the same as the NBA slam dunk contest. Just have the guys who actually want to do it, and the ones who would actually get people to watch it. Personally, I would just go with the guys who have averaged the longest HRs lol.

The Giants have only hit one 3-run homer all year (last in MLB), yet they also have hit five grand slams (leads all MLB).

                          Manfred addressed relocation/expansion.

Nine of the locations named are Montreal, Charlotte, San Antonio, Portland, Las Vegas, Oklahoma City, northern New Jersey, Mexico City, and Monterrey, Mexico.

Lets find a good home for the Rays before considering expansion.

Charlotte can't sustain a MLB team. They're doing okay with the Knights, but that's because tickets are pretty cheap, and it's only around 13,000 seats.

I don't see it working in Mexico. Currency wise, much different. And mexico won't ever get a SNB or MNB game either cause ratings won't mean anything for FOX.Don't know how their TV networks are set up in mexico either, but they'd obviously need a good network deal to broadcast every single game live.

Don't need 3 teams in the NY/NJ area. San Antonio or Portland though would be interesting options along with Montreal. If MLB expands, they better add 6th playoff team. And would have to rework the divisions. 4 per league it'd be probably.
