It'll be possible at Sun Trust at the LF wall. If any kid robs a HR at the RF wall, then he'll be a star in the NBA.

The city of Henderson which is a suburb of Las Vegas secretly tried to lure the AZ Diamondbacks to Nevada while they were having issues with the county in AZ.

If they're trying to lure a team, Oakland would've been the better one. Even try Tampa next. Vegas to NL West, Rockies to Central, and Brewers to AL Central and Tigers to East.

More on the Dbacks and Nevada.

Arizona Diamondbacks ownership was pitched by Henderson (NV) officials on a potential ballpark development in the Las Vegas suburb, according to a local report.

The Diamondbacks were at least considering relocating to Henderson, Nev., "as of late February," Blake Apgar of the Las Vegas …

While I agree on Oakland they seem more inclined to try and stay in CA. Either way man Vegas will have a team here sometime within the next 10 years weather it be via relocation or expansion. Too much going on in this city now for it now too happen. We have the Golden Knights, The Aces, The Raiders are on their way. The Aviators lead MiLB in attendance. They are working on a Pro Soccer venue and we already have minor league soccer here with the FC Lights. MLB and NBA aren't that far behind.

Interesting. I've always heard that there were 3 main things holding Vegas back from getting pro teams..

                                1) Gambling - clearly this isn't a thing anymore with it being essentially legalized almost everywhere else.

                                2) Small media market. This is still pretty true, right?

                                3) An itinerant population of tourists that aren't necessarily inclined to plop down for baseball games. The idea that a lot of the permanent residents of the area are service workers (housekeepers, card dealers, bartenders, cooks, etc) with relatively low incomes. Is this not true anymore?
