Why do people hate a guy that goes out and perform at a level that others only dream of doing?
Barry has opened the door for others that think life in sports at 39 or 40 is over.The guy takes care of himself ( no proof of steroids) and earns his money while other young punks are
paid high salaries for only flashes of greatness.
I would rather have a man that tries to improve himself than a man that waste himself to drugs,
alcohol, and other harmful addictions that destroy careers and worst, lives!!!!

There is no doubt in my mind that Bonds does steroids. Nobody's body grows like that when they reach his age.

Amen to that! In terms of ESPN Fantasy baseball, I hate that SF OF SOB! Why don't we all just run around the field with a torch like it was the Olympics!

Playing devils advocate, do you have any proof of this? Plus, there are many many different types of "steroids." In short, some of them help you bulk up and gain muscle mass, others help you trim fat and gain lean muscle and endurance. Just because his weight may have plateued doesnt mean he stopped taking them...(If he ever did of course)
