Joe Maddon cheesing hard with the running game. 2 double steals in an inning, and even had Wellington Castillo try to steal (didn't happen because Fowler was HBP).



Seriously, love the new aggressive approach he's taking. Can't believe we're right there with the Reds in that category.

Serves all the fans right for booing Uggla...he doesn't deserve that. This has been an embarrassing performance for the Braves.

Fredi Gonzalez should be let go immediately after the game is over. Anone with any sense on how to manage a bullpen would've never allowed this game to be close.

Also should've only been a 2 run homer. The at bat before was a blatant missed strikeout. 90% of the ball was in the strike zone.

Doesn't excuse his horrible bullpen management...O'Flaherty and Venters will never be the same after Fredi's misuse of them.

What a disgusting collapse...the only other game I can remember similar to this was back in 1992 when Smoltz had a 9-0 lead on the Cubs and lost.

I don't think I want to watch this team again the rest of the season. Not if they play games like that. Poor game and it all falls onto the feet of a manager who should have been let go last season at least.

I wanted to give Fredi one more chance this year, but after a game like tonight, he has no business being the manager of the Braves. He's accomplished absolutely nothing since coming to Atlanta other than fielding teams year in and year out that always collapse.
