WOW. That was a helluva show that the Indians put on tonight. Omar, my favorite player, ties the record for most hits in a 9-inning game. Plus, we got our 2nd shutout in a row and have combined to outscore our opponents 31-0 the last two games.

I was really pulling for Omar to get one last hit, 7-7 would have been something incredible, but I'm sure he'll settle for a 6-7 night.
As for the Yankees, well, they're still three up in the loss column over Boston with an easy schedule in September. The problem is that Cleveland was supposed to be part of that easy schedule and they just leveled the Yanks and their supposed ace. I still think they'll win the East, but I'd be shocked if this Yankees team made it all the way to the World Series.Comment
