Bumgarner just lost his no-no against my Mariners... Trumbo hit a gb to short and Crawford biffed it. They called it a hit (bad hop) but pretty sure I'd call that an error. Crawford then airmailed it into the stands trying to gun down Trumbo.

Sadly, I was rooting for the perfect game. I was at Philip Humber's no hitter against us, it was fun. The Mariners aren't gonna win this year.

I thought you were serious and I got so confused as to how that was possible.

Bunted for a single, pitcher overthrew the first basemen into the outfield sending Souza to third, and Bryce Harper had an errant throw to the catcher that went into the dugout sending Souza home.

Yeah, I caught the highlight. Calling it a "home run" is what threw me off. Crazy sequence though. I'm surprised they were even still playing with as hard as it was raining.

I think we're at 3 now.

So far this season there has been 11 position players brought in to pitch. 5 in the last 3 days.

Kennys Vargas with the walk-off HR to scrape out a series split with the Cards. That went better than expected. Lots of good pitching on display in the series. 3-2, 3-2, 3-1, 2-1.

Dayton Moore has done a great job with our starting pitching depth. After tomorrow our last 5 starters will have been Volqueze, Young, Blanton, Guthrie, Pino. 1st place in the AL. Ventura on the DL now. Might as well not even bring him back till after the break. Duffy comes off the DL. And Kris Medlen starts his rehab assignment tomorrow so he will be up after the break as well,
