Price is better and younger, but he's not tens of millions better than Hamels.

Oh look Kelly Johnson is already doing what a bunch of the other Mets players couldn't do.

July 31st can't come here soon enough.

Sick of these "Triple A" pitching days.

So I got to see a no-hitter in person today. Too bad it was against the Cubs. The Cubs can't hit an offspeed pitch for ****.

I can relate. I can't touch offspeed in the Show.

The question is which team is going to overpay for Hamels.

I hope not. We're 11 over .500 but in true Yankees fashion I could see it happening.

Best tweet of the day from the Cubs.

@Cubs Dexter Fowler walks twice in loss to #Phillies.

The Yankees are not going to trade Bird, Judge, or Severino so I don't see Hamels going there. The Yankees don't have any other prospects the Phillies would want. Other teams can offer much better than the Yankees can.

If I'm Shelby Miller I'd be so pissed...guy is going to not win for the 12th straight start because his weak offense can't score.

                            Dear teammates,

May I have a run? Please?

                            Signed, Shelby

Seriously, guy is pitching great thus far and gets nothing for it; 12 straight starts eight a win.

Edit: As always, SF thinking the same thing.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.
