Well, I get why they called it live on the field and let it play out, but that's definitely a HR on replay. Guy's even reaching out right in the spot it landed, not even leaning over the wall toward the basket.

I know that but were teams stealing bags like there's no tomorrow prior to the Royals WC game?

His release time is good and the negative affect from being thrown out in the playoffs is compounded so there aren't nearly as many attempts.

Quite an answer for Schwarber after an 0-4 3 K day yesterday. I actually like him in the OF, too. I think he's a much better fit out there than behind the plate. He's never going to be even an above-average defensive player most likley, but his poor defense has a much less substantial effect in LF than at C.

Cubs now on a 7-game streak and 13-1 in last 14. Now 17 games over .500 and just a game back of PIT for lead dog in the WC chase pending tonight's STL-PIT game.
