It's enough to land Sonny Gray.

What in sam hill is Cop doing? Why is Freddie Freeman still on our roster?

                I'm confused.

Mariners are re-engaging talks with Iwakuma.

                      EDIT: They just re-signed him.

One year deal with vesting options for '17 & '18. Interesting.

Really unsure how to feel. We already filled our rotation, and with his failed physical, not sure how valuable he can be. I'm hoping he took less money, knowing his value was gone, and wants to be a bullpen piece for us. He started in the bullpen in 2012. Plus he's gotten progressively worse each year IMO. It's a good PR move but not the smart DiPoto move we've become accustomed to. At least we have more SP depth.

Lol, what? Doesn't matter if you go by FIP or RA9(ERA), Kuma hasn't changed at all. Weird statement.

Should've clarified. His IP have gotten progressively worse each year. He's injury prone, and obviously he just failed a physical. That doesn't look good at all IMO. The Mariners fan in me is happy he's back, but part of me isn't.
