        Holliday answers. 9-7.
Our pitching staff has been poor this year.

Gonna need double digit runs to win this Cubs-Cards game.

You get 7 runs against the Cubs when Arrieta is on the mound you HAVE TO win the game.

No argument there. This is definitely going to feel like a strange win if the Cubs do hold on.

Here it comes....first two reach on Rondon.

Wow Molina is trying to bunt.

Cubs hold on somehow 9-8. Crazy, crazy game.

Nice to see that we can go into St. Louis and pull out series even when not playing at our best. The pitching was pretty bad especially, but this sure feels like a changing of the guard in this division.

Giants are rolling. Good sweep of the Padres.

Treat to watch Nolan Arenado play. Rarely have the chance to catch a Rockies game.

The top 7 hitters in the Red Sox lineup have slugging percentages of .450 or greater.

At the M's game tonight. Can't remember the last time I've been to a game and seen this level of offensive performance. Good times.

Also reinforces just how good Rich Hill was on Monday.
