Here's a Taijuan Walker update. He gave up 3 hrs, 6 runs and only got 2 outs.

Braves are 0 for their last 18 with RISP...and yet have won 5 straight. That can't be sustained...

Horrendous homestand for the Phillies. Getting swept by the Braves is a joke.

I love Russell Martin! At least we get out of Tampa with a win.

I like that joke! Braves continue to play well...let's see if we can carry it over to against the Nationals.

Ah, the cruel irony of sports. If this was 2013 Eduardo Rodriguez would still have a No Hitter right now. That was probably the quickest review i've seen all year too LOL!

Looks like Buxton might be figuring some things out.

Dead serious, there was a longer delay for Buck Showalter to decide whether or not he wanted to challenge a close pickoff in the first inning of today's Yankees Orioles game.

                      He decided not to.

On the play where Semian broke up the no-no, Hanley Ramirez' footwork is all jacked up (he's got his left foot on the bag as a right handed fielder) and he doesn't get the stretch that could have made a difference. I have seen Hanley do this several times this year at first and I don't understand how as a professional athlete it hasn't been fixed...

It's the same reason that Dustin Pedroia, not our 3 pitching coaches noticed a difference in Price's delivery from last year. We have a horrible coaching staff.

It's primarily been the top of the lineup as Kemp hasn't been overly productive and Dansby Swanson has been very minimal with the bat too. Freddie Freeman is the best 1B in all of baseball, according to fWAR.
