Then he got his "revenge" 3 years later. Cool story.

Posey has had a concussion this year, so he's probably been told not to get involved in things like that. Also, he probably thinks Strickland is an idiot.
I can't stand Bruce Harper so I just enjoyed the two haymakers...not the 98 mph HBP revenge missle.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

Jays continue to be hot and while J.A. Happ wasn't the greatest he did well enough. The Jays are really hitting the long ball now and getting into a groove. I can't wait to see how they fare in their test against the Yankees.

On the Harper/Strickland thing I bet Harper's suspension will be cut in half through appeal but Strickland's might stay as is simply because of just how crazy he was with his teammates literally having to pull him away yet he kept resisting.

It's okay to throw at a batter, you'll only miss one game.

The player you hit will miss four games.

Okay with punishment being handed down, but it should be equal, this just tells other pitchers it's okay to continue to do as their punishment will be less.

Why do we keep running Colon out there? The defense didn't help him tonight, but he's garbage...can't get hitters out anymore.

Strickland isn't a starter, so the difference isn't as large. He probably is likely to throw 4 out of 6 games.

Stickland is a reliever right? So it is a bit more of a punishment that way. Relievers usually get into a game multiple times in a week.

Now if he was a starter i'd definitely having that kind of attitude about it.

Entirely my bad then, assumed he was a starter.

Admittedly don't keep up with them very often. Consider my post stricken from the record.

                        Edit:

SPTO. agreed, him being a reliever changes my opinion.

Schwarber with a bomb to tie it up in San Diego, followed by a Bryant double.

MLB umpires are an embarrassment. It's to the point where I can't watch games anymore.
