So the Brewers have been notified that teams are able to sign free agents and makes trades. When will the other 29 get the memo?

Not meaning to crap on the Brewers parade here, but I'm glad the Cubs didn't match 5 years $80MM for Lorenzo Cain. Good fold by Theo and the boyz.

Where are you getting this from? If the Marlins said no to that they would be out of their mind.

I find that really hard to believe.

Rumor from source on Brewers site, Santana traded to AL team, could be annouced as soon as tomorrow.

My guess is either Tampa or Cleveland... Archer or Salazar.

I was watching Tim and Sid and a tweet they showed was about that.

Turns out it was a misunderstanding from a tweet. The guy who posted cleared it up after, but on tv they interpreted it as Marlins saying no so that's what I heard

Obviously makes more sense for Jays to not want to give up Vlad

It was the Blair tweet wasn't it?

I was like "are you coming to us from Mars with this info?" I'm glad Atkins told them to walk off a short pier.

Archer would probably be really nasty in the NL. Good too see the hot stove heating up.
