I'm not overly excited about Darvish...not mad or anything...

If we get 3/4 of what we got from Lester at virtually the same age, I'll be alright.

I....I just can't picture Arrieta in a Twins uniform.

So the Jays went dumpster diving again as they signed Craig Breslow to a minor league deal with an invite to ST. Out of the two guys they recently signed I think Axford has the better chance of flying up north.

As a Twins fan im not even going to get my hopes up. And i know they have made an offer for Archer but i just dont know that they have the guys the Rays would want. But i keep telling myself maybe, just maybe they will make some kind of splash...

I feel like the Twins are more likely to acquire a pitcher via trade rather than signing one. Wouldn't be surprised if Chris Archer or Jake Odorizzi is a Twin soon. If anything they probably go low cost on FA side like Lance Lynn, Jeremy Hellickson, or Wade Miley type.

Please go to Milwaukee. A Cubs/Brewers slap fight throughout the summer would be endlessly entertaining.

I wouldn't even mind those two being on SNB constantly because they should both be fighting tooth and nail for that division.

That would basically be my workplace, and it would be spectacular.

The Pirates will counter this arms race by signing two AA pitchers.

Jays sign Matt Tracy to minor league deal. Literally only reason I brought this up is to mention this weird transaction history about him:
                          -Drafted by Marlins in 2010
                          -Drafted by Yankees in 2011
-Claimed on Waivers by Marlins from Yankees on April 18 2015
-Claimed on Waivers by Yankees from Marlins on April 22 2015
-Released by Yankees in June 2016
-Signed by Marlins in June 2016

That transaction list needs to be investigated. It reeks of Jeter. [emoji38]

Sounds like the Rockies and Ichiro are talking about a deal. Nothing close though.

Would love to see him go there and actually hit the ball with power as we all know he can do
