    No thank you.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Furthermore, they pointed out that Japanese pitchers have struggled with the adjustment coming from Japan because they pitch more often here. It will be interesting to see what happens and if he can prove them wrong.
Jim Kaat says he threw IF all the time when he didn't pitch and it helped his arm be more durable.

Like I mentioned earlier, in the AL the DH is counted upon for production. If he can't hit, a contending team may not stick with him in that role for long. In the NL he is still at least guaranteed ABs on days when he pitches. I'd stick him in LF personally to save his arm instead of right.

              In regards to Aaron Boone:

He’s been in baseball pretty much his entire life. Just because he might have a problem articulating his thoughts on national TV, you guys don’t think he knows a lot about the game?

You'd be surprised how many baseball "lifers" know very little about the game and/or have immense trouble teaching others what they do know

Royals sign Wily Peralta to 1 yr deal.

Good luck KC! You'll be wanting him off the team after each game he pitches.

Buck Martinez is a lifer and for many years was one of the most articulate broadcasters of the game. (he's since lost a lot on his fastball so to speak in the last couple years) He's a great communicator and knows the fundamentals of the game but he's one of the worst in-game managers i've seen. The best thing he ever did was help the Blue Jays brain trust decide to overhaul Roy Halladay's mechanics.

Aaron Boone's daddy was a lifer and was a very mediocre manager as well. Even some of the greatest players of all time had a difficult time teaching what they know to others. Just look at Ted Williams and his frustrations as manager of the Washington Senators.

Tigers add Leonys Martin and Derek Norris. Since Martin is still arbitration eligible, the Tigers have him under team control through 2019.

Watching MLB tonight, they said Rangers are going with 6 man rotation this year... Moving Matt Bush to rotation.

I’m not a big fan of moving Bush to the rotation, but I’m liking the 6 man rotation
