Re: 2017-2018 MLB Hot Stove Thread
I love the Winter Meetings.
One minute you read a rumor about player X is associated with team y. Then 5 minutes later that rumor is null and void and replaced with a completely different rumor.
I love trying to follow the bouncing ball.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

I love this time of year. Is there another sport that generates this much buzz in the offseason?

Hopefully Yankees take him at that price.
I've also heard Boras sent all owners a 75 page document on Arrieta.Milwaukee Brewers | Green Bay Packers | North Carolina Tar Heels | Wisconsin BadgersComment

Definitely the NBA. Free agents getting held hostage, owners driving around trying to track them down. Changing reports every two seconds, all other reporters consistently getting scooped by one bomb dropping reporter every year.
As for Boras....man I wanted Jake back but I knew the ask was going to be way too much in both years and dollars.
