Is it just me, or does it seem like there are not very many SS games this spring? I may have missed them, but I can't recall seeing one on the schedule yet. You usually see them everyday early in the Spring with camps being so full. Has this changed?

I'm with you, I haven't seen as many as I'm used to seeing but I feel like they don't really start happening until ST is in full swing.

I feel like there's still the same amount of games but there's less TV coverage maybe? I see a full slate of games on the ticker on MLB-N so the games ARE going on.

I know I probably say this every year, but everytime I hear the MVP Baseball 2005 soundtrack, it always gets me in the baseball (and spring/summer weather) mood. It's not baseball season until I hear it. Probably a combination of nostalgia and just the fact that its my fave playlist from any sports game. And MVP Baseball 2005 is probably the sports game I played more than any other.

I still have my PC copy of '05 in it's CD jeweled case. One of the few hard copies of PC games I kept besides KOTOR and the like, since everything is digital on Steam and other store launchers now.

Andujar with another ST HR keeping his hot start to ST up. Still plenty of time but it’s looking like he’s gonna make it difficult for them to start him off at AAA.

Bartolo starting for Texas today against San Diego.

His Major League debut was April 3, 1997.

San Diego's starting 2B today was born 2 months after that.

Seems like the small injuries that can become big ones are the story of this year's spring training for the Jays. Randal Grichuk has been shut down for a couple days as he has a sprained wrist. Apparently he injured it while diving for a ball earlier this week. Like I said, it's a small thing but if not handled properly it can be an issue so I applaud the Jays for sitting him out for the next little bit.
