Davis was in Oakland first and he's the only KD for me.

          GO A'S!

This is an out of nowhere run. I want to see them crash the playoff party.

On this edition of 'who has Mike Trout passed in career WAR now?'

Trout will be just about even with Gary Sheffield (62.1 WAR) by the end of the night. Sheffield made 10,947 plate appearances while Trout now has 4,519.

Some names Trout should pass in the next month or so...Kenny Lofton, Willie Stargell, Ernie Banks, Roberto Alomar, Mike Piazza, Yogi Berra.

                  More A's fun!

This marks the first time since at least 1907 that the #Athletics have won back-to-back games when trailing by four or more runs at the end of six innings of play.

Never seen that before. Andrelton Simmons dodges a bat as he makes a clean throw to 1st.

Khris Davis has 112 home runs since 2016, most in baseball.

And 19 multi-home run games since 2015, also best in the league.

I heard talk about a multi-year deal for him and if I am the A's, I would not do it...or at least not a costly one like players expect.

His defense is below par, he does not hit for average (or have a high OBP) and he'll be 31. If his power goes or even declines slightly to around 30 HRs, he's between a 1-2 WAR player.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

Bote giving El Mago a run for his money on that play!

Huge as it probably saves two runs.

Bote and Rizzo back to back HR's walk it off! Cubs win from behind again, from trailing 6-1 in the 5th.
