You can't seriously think those 3 teams are Marlins caliber.

The Tigers are playing .403 ball. White Sox are playing .399 ball. Royals are playing .344 ball. Marlins are playing .392 ball. So, yeah, they're birds of a feather. The Marlins don't have the other 2 intradivision tomato cans to beat up on 19 times like the AL Central trio does either. The closest team to objectively bad in the NL East, aside from Miami, is the Mets at 10 under .500. The same Mets that would be tied for 2nd place in the AL Central.

The Mets that started out ridiculously hot and have been atrocious since?

I don't even know why it's a big deal figuring out which division is worse. They are clearly the worst 2 divisions in baseball. The AL is a much tougher league, though, and I don't see anyone from the NL East having as many W's as they do now if they were playing an AL schedule.
