      Their winning percentage against teams with a >.500 record is .563 (Astros .519, Yankees .576, A's .444, Indians .426). Against the Astros they were 3-4, Us 9-7, A's 2-4, Indians 3-4.

I don't think i've ever seen a manager get a Gatorade bath after his last home game as manager.

In a losing season in which the manager is getting fired (although there is a very small chance he stays on with the team in some capacity since he's still being paid regardless. Like one of those random roles just handed out that nobody knows what they do.)

Dansby Swanson out for the rest of the regular season with a partially torn ligament in his left hand, and will be re-evaluated ahead of the postseason.

Yeah that's about what I thought, only having a winning record against the Yankees out of the playoff teams (I actually thought they'd beaten you worse than that tbh). Their over .500 record is padded a bit by beating the Rays a lot in the first couple of weeks when we really weren't a over .500 calibre team. (we stunk, badly)

Makes for an interesting post season though, as they definitely haven't had things all their way against the good teams

I just checked one of the websites that shows you those things and it turns out the Rays missed out on the postseason not because we were in the incredibly tough AL East, but mainly because we were a truly pathetic 6-13 against the NL. (1-6 against the Mariners didn't help much either)

Where has this Sean Newcomb been? Guy has such tremendous stuff, but he's got to get it together between the ears. When he's confident, guy looks like a bona fide #1.

But, he seems really happy to be out of Miami, lol. Playing for a team that has fans is very new for Yelich.

Going for the triple post...Cubs fall behind right away. Brewers go ahead right away. Pattern is holding.

Honestly he reminds me of Snell last year. Great stuff, but seemingly not trusting it enough and trying to get too cute and walking far too many guys. When he backs his stuff and just throws strikes, he looks unhittable at times.

We picked a bad time to go flat.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(
