It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

Is that like the 4th or 5th time Cubs catchers have gotten hit with interference this year? What's going on with that?

I mean they are committing it obviously - bat hitting the catcher's glove is something that's pretty clear-cut to all three guys around home plate. I just don't understand why it became such a problem for Contreras and Caratini this year.

It must have something to do with them scooting closer to the plate. Maybe a way to try to get more strikes by catching the ball closer to the plate and keeping it in the zone or something.

The Red Sox threw at Chris Davis’ bat twice today? Why you’d throw him a strike right now is beyond me...

Why would you consistently walk a guy that had a .000 average going into the game?

We're doing well to lose this game, barely even a half chance yet we've seized defeat from the jaws of victory. Repeatedly failing to score a runner from 3rd with less than 2 outs, getting the trail runner caught stealing, barely giving up a hit all game, yet walking away with a loss. We tried yesterday to throw it away but the 8 run lead with 3 inning left was just a bit too much, so we've made it easier today by just repeatedly failing to convert RBI opportunities

Pirates bullpen is blowing way too many leads, could be at 10-11 wings right now.

He's going to come back and win the AL batting title.

If Schwarber had hurt Baez at the end of that game...he was hot.
