Too bad for the blown save, but Andy Green is real gutsy for bringing in Yates in the eighth. You do what you have to do when everyone in the bullpen is garbage.

It's funny that the Braves game had to pause for a second to see if the Padres were gonna challenge that. The runner was out by a full second. Speaking of challenges, managers need to be given 5 seconds after a play is over to challenge it or the game moves on. No more waiting on the phone call for 30 seconds while everyone stands there awkwardly.

Braves entire bullpen going with the avoid the strike zone method. Bold strategy Cotton let's see how it works out for them.

(Newcomb has thrown 6 pitches in this at-bat, after starting out 3-0. He still hasn't thrown a ball in the strike zone)
