When you can't beat the Marlins you don't deserve to make the playoffs. What a disgrace.

And it’s raining in St. Louis again
Sent from my iPhone using Operation SportsI can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Re: 8/19 - 9/1 Game Discussion Thread
Another "what's the rule?" moment during a game.
Pirates vs Reds. Runner slides into home plate, catcher goes for the tag, misses, ump calls him safe. Runner then goes to his dugout.
The weird part here, the runner never actually touched home plate. So we had a play at the plate where the catcher never tagged the runner, but the runner never touched home.
So technically the runner is safe even though he never touched home and he left the field? But the catcher who I think might have tagged him after the safe call(or simply just touched home plate), didnt get the out.Last edited by Majingir; 08-25-2019, 04:25 PM.Comment

Man, Soto hit that one on the screws. Luckily right at Heyward. I've seen enough of Rendon and Soto....probably two of the toughest outs in the game. They have just worn down Cub's pitchers all weekendChicago Cubs
