It is pretty remarkable how poorly he aged.

Cards get their revenge today, forcing Alzolay out in the 3rd. Could have been much worse as they only get two runs (granted the Cubs loaded the bases with no one out and didn't score the previous inning).

Going to be a long day for the Cubs pen since game two was supposed to be a full (well, 7 inning) bullpen game already. Any strategic advantage with getting Flaherty out of the game early yesterday has been lost.

Acuna is on fire...another lead off home run. At some point he has to move down in the order...he's hitting a lot of solo shots these days.

Acuña is now the Braves' all-time leader in lead-off home runs.

            He's only 22 years old.

Atlanta has 17 homers in their last 4+ games...sure, the ball isn't juiced.

...about ready to be done with Camargo at 2B. Ozzie needs to get back now; should have been an inning ending double play and instead he botched the toss.

It's crazy to think no Angel got 300HR with them.

And Trout is their best player ever, and topping guys with all time franchise records when some of these guys played around 15 years for the Angels.

Jo Adell is starting to look good. Walkoff single. Homerun tonight. And robbed a HR.

I am curious if actual Atlanta relievers are hurt/tired or is Snitker holding tryouts? Last night Weigel and Culberson, tonight Sobotka.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's a case of the saving arms. Atlanta ranks 3rd from the bottom in innings pitched by their starters. Even in this short season that bullpen is getting some serious work.
