    I was at the game too (Field Level, towards the rightfield wall)... what an amazing game... i sat there in disbelief after Beltran went yard.. after the 2 HR's by Albert, I really thought the game was sorta out of reach...

    booed Looper funniest comment i heard was when they announced Timo as a PH.. the guy behind me said "better watch the fly ball"...


    ps- what a catch by Duncan in the first to rob Jose of a hit...





    had a good chuckle at the pregame... LaRussa was coming over to the side when all the fans were yelling for the ball.. he kept pointing at his Cards jersey & seemed to say "no" to the Met fans when he gave the ball to a guy in a Cards jersey...

        That was one of the best Mets games I've been to... EVER. The crowd was NUTS.

                            I was fortunate enough to hear the call on WFAN last night as I was driving to the gym... WFAN's signal is so strong I can get it down here in North Carolina on a clear night... I went nuts in the car when Beltran hit the homer... You could clearly tell that Shea was a madhouse last night.

                                            Ledee was sent down...but there has to be someone else. By my count there are still 26 on the Mets roster.....
                                            ah...nevermind...just checked and it seems as though the Mets sent Milledge back to AAA and rightly so. He just isn't ready yet.
