This is amusing, the Tigers thread mirrors the same sentiments. Shame on both of these teams for letting the Mariners/Yankees take the wildcard away from the Central division.

It was nice to see Jake Westbrook pitching like an ace again tonight. Granted, it was against the D-Rays but it was still nice. We have a much easier schedule over the next two weeks than the Tigers do, so hopefully we can gain another few games on them in the division. We have a three game series with them this week too. That should be HUGE in terms of the stretch run. Probably the most important series of the year for either team.

see boys... just a little faith in the team and see what it gets us! 1.5 game lead in the Central! Lets get Fausto a win tonight and push the lead to 2.5 games... The more distance we put between them and us now, the easier it is for us to play bad down the stretch and keep the divison lead!

LOL, as for Joe... Well he's only blown 5? saves this year... We've had worse before.
