I haven't posted on here in a long time.

Brad Radke is struggling really bad right now. I think that Johan needs to help us out today against the Brewers. Game just started about 5 minutes ago.

After the Top of the 1st:
    MIL - 0
    MIN - 0 Johan has 1 strikeout.

    Denver Nuggets (NBA)
    Green Bay Packers (NFL)
    Iowa Hawkeyes (NCAA)
    Minnesota Twins (MLB)
    Tennessee Volunteers (NCAA)

Twins win again! That was an exciting game against the Brewers. After Milwaukee got their 5th run in the TOP of the 9th I thought the game was over. But Shannon Stewart would not be denied. What a clutch homer!!! But Stewarts best play came when he caught the fly ball back-handed while running @ full speed!!! What made the day even more sweater was that the White Soxs lost to the Baby Bears(Cubs).

I think Radkes problem is that he throws too many strikes. I know that sounds weird but I think batters know he will give them something to put in play and it might be to Brad's advantage to throw some junk out of the zone to see if he can either get some weak balls put in play or make batters less comfortable in the box. Also, he seems to always have had a problem with giving up runs in the first inning during his career. The other pitchers are throwing well though which is good to see.

Our bats are way too inconsistent right now which is not good. I know we dont have the best lineup but it must be tough to be a starting pitcher and have no idea what kind of run support you are going to get.

White Sox fans, here is your credit that you wanted before. Looks like you guys are legit and the Twins cant let you guys get too far ahead here. Im not saying anything is a must win since the dog-days are around the corner but we cant let you guys get too far ahead. Looks like it may be a good ol' fashioned Central Division race.

After the Cubs I am big Twins fan, but I don't follow super close. What is the deal with Mauer and that strained Groin. He missed again tonight. ugh.

I didnt realize that he was out tonight. I missed the game because I had my own game to play and catch ironically. Makes me worry a little bit because I dont think our lineup can afford to really lose him.

Mauer is OK. He was not out last night due to his groin. They had planned to sit him for sure, and bring him back today, so look for him back in the lineup this afternoon.

It's nice to see Torii Hunter earn a little bit of the money he's making last night. It's too bad he can't do that more often, or he might really be a valuable player.

Johan missed with just 2 pitches today. 2. 13 k's through 7, that's pretty impressive.

Too bad it seems like we lost 1/2 our team to injuries. I really wish Punto could stay healthy and hopefully he heals fast and Morneau's X-Ray reveals nothing tomorrow.

In case you dont' already know Morneau's xray was negative.

Good! Have you heard how long he is supposed to be out? I know Punto is on the DL already.

Morneau will probably sit tonight, but i expect him back in at some point in the Yankee series.

Punto's loss is big. He's a sparkplug that just can't stay healthy. We're pretty weak at 2B right now with Rodriguez and Abernathy.

Hopefully Mauer does not have to go on the DL. That would be a huge blow. I'm sure he'll sit tonight and maybe tommorow. If he can't play by Sunday, he might have to go on the DL. We've got a very short bench for the Yankee series, and our bullpen has got to be tired right now.

They still win without 2 of their best hitters. I think they will catch the Sox easy once Morneau and Mauer are 100 percent.
