Mays, if he makes the rotation, will be the #5 starter. Since the first month of the season has a lot of off days, he may pitch from the bullpen to open the year and then slide into the #5 spot when needed.

I haven't kept up on the Twins this offseason. I was just wondering did Corey Koiske really sign with the Blue Jays. I seen him on the Blue Jays in a MVP Baseball video. So it looks like Michael Cuddyer will be at 3rd for the start of the season.

I hope Justin Morneau has a big year. I think him or Torii Hunter has to hit at least 30 HRs for the Twins to stand a chance in the central. Hopefully some surprise player(Johan Santana last year) has a huge break out season. I could see Hunter doing it, but he can't strike out all the time though!

Dust, how exactly are you a Packers fan, yet cheer for Minnesotas baseball team? Why are you not a Brewers fan?

conboy, there are cases like that, Dodger fans rooting for the Chargers. Um, fans that root for 3 AL East teams and several football teams.

I am glad to see I am not the only one who notices stuff like that and finds it odd.

I'm still interested in what reasons people try to use.

3 AL East teams is awesome

He lives in SD and not Wisconsin so he probably gets Twins games. I really dont have a problem with this, its two different sports and its not like he is a bandwagon jumper.

Because I get most/all of the Twins games.

Well, I like the Brewers, but the Twins are by far my favorite team.
