Re: '09 Recruiting Discussion
We've got two available right now, and those are going to Elijah Johnson and Thomas Robinson. Then we have Jeff Withey coming as well, so even if we didn't sign Lance, we'd be one short if nobody left early, transferred, or gave theirs up.
I've heard transfer rumors, and that seems the most likely, especially since a couple freshman on the team haven't seem all that interested lately (Just going by what I've seen them look like on the bench). I've also heard Brady would be willing to give up his, since his family can afford it, but I don't know how the NCAA views that kind of thing.Comment

How many backyards does he have? I know he's got one in Detroit with The Family and he's close with Rip Hamilton, Manny Harris and DeShawn Sims...Comment

Re: '09 Recruiting Discussion
Never heard of him. Amazing story. Amazing a guy can get so far just because of his personality. The GC article linked in the ESPN article you posted is even better, definitely check that one out.

Re: '09 Recruiting Discussion
Actually thought that if Stephenson hadn't declared to Kansas by now that we would still have a chance at getting him.
Oh well, there goes that thought and back to the drawing board we go.#RespectTheCultureComment

Re: '09 Recruiting Discussion
You're right, that story is unbelievable. Could you imagine living a life like that? You know EVERYBODY. You can go ANYWHERE. The power and influence you have on people's lives, whether he wants to admit it or not, is on a level I've never heard of before.Comment
