All is good from inside the carrier dome, i am going to be having second row seats at least. So i couldnt be happier. We had to arrive here at 3 today and my group and i are doing 3 hour shifts around the clock.

It will be worth it win or lose, there is nothing like the loud house with over 30,000 people. nothing.

That's pretty sick that they let you camp out inside.

Garden was probably less than half full tonight. Very sad. Not a great performance, but a win. Kemba had a great game.

yeah, that's cool of them that they let you camp out inside. A bunch of my friends got pneumonia (i somehow escaped it) camping out just for season tix a few years back during hurricane ivan. And i felt like i was going to get sick camping out vs. notre dame last year.

aj had another awful game. i'm starting to worry about him.

I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

7,500 people - pretty pathetic but talking heads are saying the plane crash probably had something to do with it.

Yeah, him and Dyson are basically all or nothing this year. When they have a bad game they are non-existent.

Since the 1999 season, here are the results for WVU against the Thundering Herd:

                1999: 85-84 W
                2000: 82-77 W
                2001: 73-67 W
                2002: 79-81 L
                2003: 65-61 W
                2004: 55-51 W
2005: 55-59 L (This was WVU's Elite Eight team. At the time, they were 10-0 after beating NC State.)
2006: 52-58 L (This was the last year of the great Pittsnogle/Gansey/Herber Era, the Sweet Sixteen team which had their season ended by a Texas buzzer beater.)
                2007: 77-63 W (NIT Championship winning team.)
2008: 66-64 W (Last year's Sweet Sixteen team; game was won on a shot by Butler with five seconds remaining.)

And now ... how will 2009's game be? One paper it should be a blowout, but I fully expect it to be a close game.
Well, West Virginia led by as much as 20 in the second half, but Marshall did try to make it interesting in the end before falling 87-76.

in dyson's defense for yesterday's game, he never really got into a rhythm because of all the fouls that were called on him (including two phantom ones). But AJ's game yesterday, i think was his worst this season. His decision-making was terrible.

Something pretty cool is going to happen When GTOWN Visits the Dome of Feb. 14th. A Grass Roots Campaign to "Orange out" the dome is gaining Momentum here in Syracuse. It got Started on the Big East Greatest bloggers Website http://www.nunesmagician.com/ Give it a visit, it is very good, even for a Syracuse blog site.

Either way, 33,000+ people, All Orange, it is going to be intense.

It blows that I can't watch the Pitt/L'Ville game today, guess I'll try DVR'ing it and watching it late night. I can't wait to see the Blair/Samuels match up, gonna be a huge test for the frosh.

It's also funny how ESPN is still hyping the hell out of the UNC/Miami game tonight, making it seem way more important than Pitt/UL.

I can't wait for the G'Town/Duke matchup. Coach K says the ACC is the better conference of the 2 because they have 4 teams in the Top 10 and he says its a more talented league and he thinks that should be easy to see. I ****in hate that bastard. He's the only coach that looks like the mascot was modeled off of his facial features.

I am also pissed that I may have to give up my tix to the Pitt/'Ville game tonight as I am fighting a nasty cold. I have been hammering myself with vitamins and medicine as I felt it coming on but I guess it wasn't enough. I'm going to see if I feel better this evening, but I highly doubt it.

Trust me man, I don't want to miss it, but I don't want to get anyone else sick or make myself worse by going out. And I don't know if I should be mixing cold medicine with alcohol and its just not the same to go to the game and not be able to enjoy "adult beverages" while there.
