UofL is playing at the RAC tonight. I hate that place. We never seem to play well up there. Hopefully, we'll come away with a win and not falter like the WKU, Minnesota, or UNLV game.

Come on guys, we need this one.

UofL dominated the 1st half and then played on cruise control during the 2nd half. T-Will is unfreakin' believable. That catch on the alley-oop for the dunk where he caught on the right side of his body, switched hands and dunked it with his left hand..

Looking forward to the game Sunday @ Syracuse.

Louisville just might be the best team in the Big East. It would be beneficial if Louisville would stop blowing games in the non-conference slate, but I guess at least they come up when it really matters.

Big game tomorrow between West Virginia and #12 Georgetown at Georgetown. The Hoyas will obviously be favored and they should win, but I wouldn't be shocked if WVU can pull off the upset. West Virginia comes in at 13-4 (2-2) while the Hoyas come into the game at 12-4 (3-2).

You can legitimately say that about 5-6 teams right now, obviously Louisville is one of those squads.

UConn got some great news tonight (besides the win over Villanofun), Ater Majok has been cleared by the NCAA but as a partial qualifier, which some how means he's not eligiable to play until the Spring '10 semester. Makes no sense but I'll take it nonetheless.

Wow, Terrence Williams is lookin like Wade out there. I have to wonder how his NBA draft prospects are looking since he's been exploding lately.

I never get to worried when the Dome gets over 30,000 and this Louisville game is probably going to surpass 32,000.

He has really taken his game to another level in the past month. The athleticism has always been there but his decision making has really impressed me. He has a nice feel for the game and great size for a 2 guard. Only knock on him is his outside shooting which is something you can work on.

On a sidenote. I only watched the 1st half and a lil bit of the 2nd half of the UCONN-Nova game. #15 on NOVA blew more layups than I have seen in a long time.

There were a ton of missed layups on both sides over the course of the game, it was pretty bad for stretches.

It's funny that UConn looked great on offense last night when Thabeet wasn't on the court. There is no reason to give him more than a couple post touches each game. He can make the little turn around from time to time but he's better off letting guards create and just dish it to him for a dunk. I feel like he takes up space too often and clogs up lanes that our guards could be penetrating.

WVU @ Georgetown tonight on ESPN @ 7:00......What are you guys thinking about this one?

I'm looking forward to the game but I honestly think that the Hoyas will be too much for them. WVU has struggled on the road against Georgetown losing 7 or their last 9 there. WVU's battled foul trouble and lackluster PG play in all of their losses this season. I just have a feeling that trend will continue tonight and the Hoyas will win it by 10 or 12 points. I'm hoping I'm wrong though.

Huge, tough stretch coming up for the Mountaineers. They're on the road tonight against Georgetown, host Pitt Sunday, St. John's Wednesday, and then on the road against Louisville a week from Saturday. OUCH!! The Big East is brutal this year.

I expect Georgetown to be able to hold their own tonight against West Virginia. I'm not sure WVU has anyone that can contain Monroe.

Tonight is a huge game. If WVU loses this, they could go 1-4 in the next five games, dropping them to 14-8 (3-6). That's not what WVU needs if we hope to get in the NCAA Tournament. WVU needs to steal at least one or two of the games against Georgetown, Pitt, Louisville, or Syracuse. I don't know if I see it happening, though...

Then after that we get a very good Providence team followed up by Pitt, Villanova, and Notre Dame (Luckily in Morgantown), all very losable games. WVU should win the next four against Rutgers, Cincinnati, South Florida, and Depaul before facing off against Louisville in the season finale.

I used to think that this was an NCAA Tournament team, but after looking at the upcoming schedule, I'm not so sure.
