What a disgusting end to the game. Cincinnati couldn't hit their free throws, but WVU kept on turning the ball over.

Both teams deserve a loss for that effort. That was just ugly. Cincinnati tried to give it a away and WVU kept giving it right back. I'm not sure why Butler didn't hardly have any touches in the last 3 minutes of the game or why Ebanks was bringing the ball up by himself and driving to the corner on the possession where he stepped out of bounds. He should have gotten it to Ruoff out front so they could set up their offense. Oh well, ugly game and one that I actually expected WVU to lose, even though they had plenty of chances to win. Hopefully they can get back on track at USF Sunday.

On a side note, tough break for Marquette and their fans. I hate to see anyone go down with an injury and have to miss the rest of the season but it's even worse when it's a senior on a team that has a chance to make some noise in the tournament. I know that was a huge blow to your team but you still have some good players and hopefully they can pick up some of the slack and keep you guys playing at the high level you've played at all season. Good luck.

Good win for UofL today. We maintained our grasp on the Big East regular season championship.

Two more games and we need two more w's.

Syracuse really took Cinci Behind the woodshed today, at no point in the game was it remotely close. 87-63 Final. Really nice game but Rautins is still struggling, SU is really going to need him to snap out of this funk come Tourney Time.

I wouldnt say you NEED two more wins, it would be nice but it is not necessary.

For a chance to win the Big East championship, we have to win our last 2 games. UConn only has one game left and they have to lose that and we have to win out to win the Big East regular season crown.

UConn holds the tie-breaker over us.

True, i would rather see UL win the Big East, I loathe UCONN.

The Both of you may get your wish as UCONN's last game is against Pitt at Pitt. Blair certainly looks to have Thabeet's number.

Yeah, but UofL has to play Seton Hall(who beat us last year) and @ West Virginia. One at a time for us, just one at a time.

I am glad that we have the double-bye for the BE Tourney. This thing is going to be fun to watch.

Villanova with the win over Notre Dame. Big way for us to rebound after that sloppy loss to Georgetown. Season-low 5 turnovers, and Scottie Reynolds with 23 points, including 6/7 on 3-pointers. It seems Scottie always picks us up after bad games, which is huge. Also, other than leaving Ayers alone too often, I thought we played great defense and responded to any run the Irish tried to make. Overall, great game and plus I was there so its even more sweet.

That was the best I've seen Shane Clark play. I wonder how good he would have been if the injuries didn't sidetrack him.

If the BE ended today Gtown would play USF & then Providence assuming they beat the Bulls. I don't mind that at all.

What are you guys thinking for conference POY? I'd say it's a three horse race between McNeal, Thabeet and Sam Young.

Louisville is too balanced to give the award to anyone, even if they win the regular season (which is probably gonna happen). Gody's numbers are great but ND is horrible.

I think you take Young out and replace it with Blair.

If Pitt beats UCONN and Blair has another good game I think he has it wrapped up. McNeal's performance vs L'ville hurt him and Thabeet has had some ho-hum games.

                                I think it's Blair's to lose.
