Julius Randle is going to UK. This is the best recruiting class of all time on paper now easily.

Man UK is going to be stacked next season. Next year could be a special year in college basketball.

Duke
Florida
MSU
Indiana (especially if Zeller was to come back)
OSU (especially if Thomas was to come back)
UNC (especially if McAdoo/Bullock/Hairston were to come back and/or get Wiggins)
Louisville (especially if Dieng was to come back)

I may be missing a few teams but all these teams look to be very good next year. If for some reason some of the big name stars I named were to come back, we could be in for a great 2013-2014 college basketball season.

Really wish K and staff hadn't botched this recruitment so badly (Duke botched a big man recruitment? You don't say)...really could've used Randle.

MSU signed 3-star F Gavin Schilling today. He's raw, but might be able to step in and contribute right away. He's one of those guys that Izzo will toughen up and he might be really good in a year or two.

This concludes our recruiting unless we get a transfer or something. Note that all we are losing this offseason is Derrick Nix unless someone enters the draft or unexpectedly transfers.

Hoping for some big names next year. I think we have a good shot at Cliff Alexander which would be nice. Of course we are in the running for Jones and Okafor still, but I won't hold my breath with either of them.

Calipari's meeting w/ Andrew Wiggins today described as a "pretty informal, laid-back talk." Coach just stopped by to check in.

It was just a chat, but I still expect Wiggins to end up at UK.

I know one thing, if Wiggins signs with UK I don't think I will bother watching CBB next season.

It's not because I hate UK (I do) but why bother. If Cal can't win the title with that team he should resign, I'm being dead serious.

I would be the exact opposite. I would watch every game and I think a lot of people would to just to see UK lose, even if its one game. I have no problem with Uk but if they get Wiggins they will surpass Duke levels of hatred for at least 1 year. I would expect all their televised games against good teams to get great ratings which is actually great for the sport.

Still hoping Wiggins ends up somewhere else though.

Why? There are any number of things that could go wrong. If they are healthy though, it would be a bust (at least to me) of a season if we don't win it.

Agree I'll watch and hope they lose if he goes there (I mean I'll hope they lose no matter what but especially if Wiggins goes there ).

I think it sets up some nice matchups if he goes to UNC though, like you said he'll play UK and also he'll matchup against Duke with Jabari Parker, not to mention FSU with one of his best friends Xavier Rathan-Mayes.`
