When it comes to vc in my player and crew I think it should be used in a specific manner.

Your clothing, accessories (one time purchase not having to buy another set just for a certain team colors) Dunk packages I can kinda see... And shots (doesn't matter you can search online and find forms and releases.) Not for attributes, if you're gonna do that you might as well let us bring in my players from computer downloads again.

Now for crew, it should be simple. As others have stated it should be for coaches and players. I'd take it a step further just like how you can buy boosts for your player (I DO NOT SUPPORT THAT FOLLOW ALONG) for a certain amount of games it should be that same way in principle with the coaches and teams.

Also they could have us play in some generic arenas such as the one in 2k11 until we achieve a certain amount of wins to unlock arenas or buy newer arenas with our logos and color schemes in the arenas.

I'm glad people (not saying you) are starting to see how dumb VC is.

I cannot tell you how annoying it was to come on here a year or two ago and try and explain to some people why VC in MyCareer was a bad thing.

I don't care if you don't have the time to play and get your guy better, then you shouldn't be worrying about video games if that's the case.

For a sports game, SPORTS, you know...the most competitive thing to compete in...to allow shortcuts and max your player out for a price is ridiculous. Takes out all the competition.
A 65 overall can't compete with a 99, and let's say on day one of 2K15 (assuming there's crew) a team of 99's who bought VC take on your team of 65's...

Not fair, I don't care if everyone has the option to buy VC it's still just not fair.

Exactly, then it'll be 99 6'8 pc's and 7ft sg's and sf's. They really need to place emphasis on the cap height for every position and decrease the max attributes based on height.

No doubt we should be prepared to face 99 overall players whether it be parks or crew, no way they are gonna cut out the microtransactions.

They really need to focus on cap height and attributes in order to fix the online experience for myplayers.

With Microtransactions, there is no point in even playing MyTeam, Crew, Park, or any of that if you can just pay cash and have a 99 overall. Nothing competive about it and that is why I do not even bother with that mode. It's for children.

MyGM, Association, Online (with Lobbies) is for real ballers. Can't buy yourself a win there.

But the best players don't even buy to win though. I get what you're saying though. You can be 99 all you want, but if you have terrible shot selection/terrible d, you're not going to win

Yea I play park a lot and it's kind of easy to see who bought their overall.

If they can't play any d, they probably bought em. If all they do is run back and forth for 3, same thing.

Easiest way to win is by playing solid d and running after they miss.

Still, I'd much rather have real competition against people who ranked up legit in a Crew setting with rules.

I've said stronger caps and more height should = less speed for years. Fifa has this in their clubs mode from the very start it forces you to balance your weight and height in sacrifice for speed. They also have it so some stats like heading accuracy are also decreased when your at max height to even further try to stop cheesing so I would give some other vertical type stats a bit of a nudge the taller you make your guy in 2K also.

In 2K basically every player plays the same no matter what. Technically there's FURTHER VC potential by having stronger caps in place so people make additional players rather than play with their 7 foot 99 beast who can already do everything.

Trying to make sense out of this breaking bad gif. Probably you're behind your computer laughing, nice trolling. I saw you guys run the teamup thing the other day, I don't know if you were around in 2K11 crew days or not but you can at least imagine it: your playing on a team with the character you personally created and leveled so everyone much more comfortable with their guys, standings and stats track, a team w/friends.. I mean it's basically custom teamup on steroids, and as long as the difficulty and gameplay is in check enough to where high leveled offensively players aren't completely overpowered compared to what you can do defensively it's IMO the greatest mode 2K can offer, especially now that we are in an online era where a lot of people are looking for more than typical seasons/vs games.

Maybe your indicating there is no crew again, Jesse drinking water, it's called "nervously drinking water". NOBODY likes waiting around in the park you guys lost so many players for that, both casuals and sim players. Nobody likes playing to 21. The matchmaking system was terrible over half the time I'd hit join a friend to get in a completely different park and then the other half of the time we're waiting trying to get in a game together, having to deal with courts that are glitching, disconnects, etc. Basically 5% of the time you spend playing the rest is BS, and the defense is so nonexistent you don't have to pass everyone can run in with their 99 and just dunk so the small amount of time you actually get to play isn't even worth the effort you put in at all. But whatever that's 2K for you.

They already have that in myCareer blacktop for 360/PS3, by little +10 booster packs that last 1, 3, and 5 games. And the Adidas gear always give a boost
