I love nba but not nba 2k . I love nba player but i don't like to use them in game. You have some logic problem need to be solve

I get his logic, it's an official NBA game, it has to have the fundamentals of basketball and whatever the NBA wants and represents. Though there's more to what a game needs to sell to a consumer.

I don't get your wording though, you like the NBA and the players, but you don't like to use them in game, nor I general, NBA 2K. Nothing against you, but like I read this and I was confused.

I never thought I would see the day people refuse to buy a NBA game because of a missing created player mode. Times have changed there are not many real hardcore NBA basketball fans anymore it seems

Crews= crew mode

Crew =team up with friends with created over rated players.

Outside with no custom jerseys= not crew

Outside with custom jerseys and courts with 5 friends = crew

The movie "above the rim "= what 2k wants crew to be

Game 6 of nba finals = what people here want crew to be

I don't think u understand what I wrote. Please read it carefully .crew = created player mode correct? If no crew= no buy says some posters . so u buy licensed NBA game on basis of a created player mode not for official NBA teams/ players . understand?

Teebone....simply put, no one purchases yearly releases of madden, battlefield, call of duty, wwe and 2k to play offline anymore. That's what you're missing. Everyone who plays games has access to the internet(minus our troops serving and protecting our country from abroad). Why would anyone spend more time playing against the a.I. instead of other human beings? I don't mind if that's your preference. Hell, I don't even care if the majority of the folks on operation sports play their games offline. But don't tell me when I load up my games and I see "154,000 players on line" or I load up a fps and see "1,504,002 users online" that people in general just don't play online.

To get back to your point Teebone, getting a license for a basketball game is just one aspect of it all. There are millions of people who are avid basketball fans and and love to play videogames. Every game genre has a multiplayer online mode nowadays.
Crew mode is OURS. Why would it be farfetched to say we as gamers find it a deal breaker if our multiplayer online mode isn't included in the next installment of 2k?
The NBA 2k franchise holds weight now...this isn't like 10 years ago when 2k was a fledgling company. Imagine Call of duty, battlefield, hell....even Mario kart or street fighter not having an online mode that was competitive?

Crew mode in its entirety us been gone for almost 4 years dude. That's unprecedented. Most franchises would have lost a ton of followers by now and anyone who's thinking about not purchasing a copy this year would have every right to. With all the things that went wrong 2k14 on ps4 and Xbox one, they have a lot to prove for 2K15.

Attention to online and all game modes that feature online capabilities is the future.
Stop fighting it teebone.

Also last time I checked, crew mode has a huge following. Some of you folks on here are in denial. I realize the majority of you who post on operation sports aren't competitive by nature and are just casual gamers. Just trust me when I say that I get it. Also know one thing, there's an entire world outside of OS that actually live to compete against other people. Its in our nature. To sit at home and play against your friends is cool, but joining forces with your friends to compete against other user created teams and people is just that much sweeter.

Crew mode in its entirety needs to return...

I have actually made friends that I still talk to to this day because of crew mode.

Iv'e only stayed up until 5 am once playing videogames and the game i was playing was nba2k12 and only crew mode.

Anyway man I came across this (see link above) crew video it's only right if I share it! This is what crew was all about in a nutshell. I'm not one to get hyped up either but this had me making crazy faces and constantly hitting rewind!!

Really? I would still be on there if the servers for Crew was still up. Was a sad day when they turned them off. I don't get why they still let you play PickUp games though.



This Crew vid was one of the biggest heartbreaks I've had in 2K. We was a top crew, but we was playing horrible this game, but we kept fighting against these uncapped and tendency hacked dudes. If you watched the whole game you'll see why it hurted even more, but I am going to start it off late in the game. I wish you could hear everyone talking in the party, but for some reason, you can only hear my little cousin.
