It's the whole new generation of gamers, it's sad.

Casual Gamer: "I don't have time to grind my guy and get him better, his overall sucks this isn't fair."

2K: "Don't worry, here's a shortcut; just pay $30 and you're better than anyone who's been playing for 3 months worth of gameplay."

Me: "If you don't have time for a game, why play it?"

No but seriously, everyone these days has to be the best at the start. They can't be bothered to work for anything, like that's half the fun of the game is watching your guy grow as a player and spending your VC smartly on his stats.

How bout keep VC for the dumb clothes and accessories and My Team, and bring back Skill Points for My Career.

This is why I've kinda given up on crew. I got so sick of the 99 overall hacked players. Not even just the 25 footers but the guys who had to have bypassed the attribute caps. In general, why play a game when you're always at a disadvantage? My crew was good but it's still frustrating. I remember a 2v3. They had 3 hackers. My friend gets d/c and I still dropped close to 60 on them in a close loss.

idk if u guys feel the same way but the gamesliders for crew were really good, I believe it was set on sim instead of default but not sure, it was kind've dificult to hit making it more realistic.

Yep and this is where skill and understanding of the game could really pay off but now shot success is a lot higher and feels cheesy. Combine that with cheap VC and it's a nightmare to anyone who wants to actually progress their player.

If this is what they'd do to parks plus add jerseys all calls 2's 3's announcera this is crew mode. We all played on yellow courts for years, a custom court with fans screaming all calls full game I'm fully content. How about you all?

Crews= crew mode

Crew =team up with friends with created over rated players.

Outside with no custom jerseys= not crew

Outside with custom jerseys and courts with 5 friends = crew

The movie "above the rim "= what 2k wants crew to be

Game 6 of nba finals = what people here want crew to be

I honestly don't understand how 2K hasn't added back 2K11's version of Crew. It would make them so much money off of VC purchases. (Rational thinking)...

But honestly who really wants VC in Crew? It's so much more competitive if you're like a 75 overall and you're facing other 75's, not 99 overall 7 ft SFs.

If you forget about the people who hacked height, back in 2K10 and 11 everyone was normal sized for the most part. I swear ever since 2K13's blacktop I seen so many 7 ft SGs and SFs it's just dumb.

I want Crew back because even when it's cheesy opponents and stuff like that it's still fun...if they keep VC in, and let you make these giant my players it'll never be as fun as 2K11 even with the hackers. Just my 2 cents.

If this is what they'd do to parks plus add jerseys all calls 2's 3's announcera this is crew mode. We all played on yellow courts for years, a custom court with fans screaming all calls full game I'm fully content. How about you all?

This would be a BIG improvement, but all of that, why just not give us the arenas and what we had? Nothing's better. So, I still wouldn't be fully satisfied. Maybe that's me being picky or spoiled or whatever, but I still feel that environment feels streetballish, just from looking at it.

I want the official thing inside of an arena like I am playing a ranked game or regular team up game w/ just the home teams custom court. The regular announcers and everything like it's an official NBA game.

I just don't see what's so hard about giving us the 2K11 Crew setup. They've been trying new things that we do not ask for, we are telling them exactly what we do want, but they keep doing something different.

I can't remember it all, But Ronnie said they know everyone wants crew and that they talk about it ( i think with the dev's) and that upcoming months n stuff they will discuss with us things we loved about crew, and then LD started trying to throw hints that maybe it will be back?

What WE loved about crew mode was the four quarters, all calls, custom jerseys and arenas, 2's and 3's, SIMULATION STYLE (not arcade keep that in parks for those who like to have fun and dress up). If they're targeting what WE want then I expect it all I've learned to live without the arenas, so long as they're custom as show in the image I've previously posted.

I mean we played in the SAME yellow courts for years an actual custom court is a blessing regardless if it's indoors or out. So long as "crew" plays like SIMULATION, not like crews and DEFINITELY not like parks.... Jumping over people to dunk............. -_- Anyway also no easy steals add the realness back.

Nobody's disputing any of that. The simulation style gameplay is what comes first. I would've been pleased even on a blacktop if it was like 2K11 pickup games.

What I am saying is, I, as myself wouldn't be entirely satisfied because I prefer it being in an arena, I don't care if it's that yellow court again, I just want it in a arena to give it that official basketball game feel. I don't even really care about customizing the court, but it would be nice.

We aren't asking for nothing new, we are just asking for what we had. I don't see why we have to "settle". We had custom courts (2K10), gameplay wise, we had everything you have when you play a MP game, Ranked, or Teamup game. That's all we want but instead, use our MPs, that's all.

What you said would be nice and I would enjoy it, but why not just go all the way is what I'm saying. I just will always feel it's streetball outside of an arena and I want that professional basketball feel. It adds to the realism a lot more to me.

True, if they could implement custom courts in 2k10 they could definitely do it 4+ years later with better technology. Hopefully they add it back in and don't make the mode easy like parks....... Otherwise I'm sticking with Fifa and Ufc. Too many games are out now for them to become complacent.

I didn't hear the stream, but someone in another thread posted this info.

"In the streaming of yesterday, Ronnie and Chris talked about The Crew and how the development team have considered to implement it in some way in The Park because they knew about the demand of this mode in the community"

If they keep it in the Park, I'm done buying this game for awhile untill they actually start to listen to what their customers want again for the modes as opposed to creating modes solely out of greed for microtransactions. I'm tired of this casual/arcade approach they have been taking to draw in little kids to buy their game. I'm not settling anymore, either give us what we want or I'll just go buy something else.

I can't stand these blacktop modes anymore, their garbage! Your MyCareer is centered around you making it and playing in the NBA and then your expected to play on blacktop courts with your friends and were supposed to be happy with this? I'm sorry but hell no!

I won't be satisfied with Crew unless its like 2k11 in a arena with fans, four quarters, with full rules, and with simulation sliders. Thats the absolute bare bones that Crew should be in the game. Now if they want to take it a step further add ladders and tournaments to it and add alot of customization options.
